REGISTRATION

Registration for one or more courses can be done by completing the online registration form or by sending us the fully completed printable version by post. From the moment we receive the form the participant then has 14 days to VALIDATE this registration (see below).

VALIDATION OF THE REGISTRATION

The clients registration will be VALIDATED as soon as:

- the registration form has been fully and correctly completed and sent to NEO ANIMALIA
- your bank payment has reached the bank account of NEO ANIMALIA (payment by bank transfer)

CONFIRMATION of the registration

Once the above has been fulfilled NEO ANIMALIA will confirm the client's registration for the course(s) by post, fax or email as soon as possible. Confirmation of availability for courses will be in order of arrival of complete registrations.
If the course is already fully booked at the moment of registration, NEO ANIMALIA will inform the client by post, fax or email. The client is then given the choice either to cancel his/her registration or to be put on a waiting list in case of cancellation by another participant. The client will then be informed of availability, if it exists, at least one week before the date of the course. In order to be able to do so, a telephone or mobile number reachable during the daytime should be provided to NEO ANIMALIA. If the client agrees, the registration will be confirmed by email, fax or post.

PAYMENT

All registration fees are owed upon receipt of invoice. The message to be indicated on the bank transfer is written on this invoice

The course fee does not include bank costs.

REGIONAL SUBSIDIES FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION

Different subsidies for continuing education are available in Belgium. Please refer to the dedicated pages for details (BRAWO – Chèque-Formation – KMO Portefeuille)

CANCELLATIONS

The client is given 8 days after the registration date to resign free of charge from registration to the course.
If cancellation is performed after this period of 8 days, the client will only be reimbursed under the following conditions:
- For cancellation made at least one month before the course date. Ten percent (10%) of the registration fee will be deducted from the reimbursement to cover administration costs.
- For cancellation occurring within the month preceding the course date the client will not be reimbursed except if he/she is able to provide a replacing colleague by his/her own means. In this case, reimbursement minus twenty percent of the fee to cover administration costs will be made after receipt of the replacement’s payment.
- In case the client is not present on the day of the course, there will be no reimbursement of the registration fees.

In the case of a cancellation of the course by NEO ANIMALIA, the client will be informed personally and reimbursed of the entire registration fee. The client is not entitled to receive any compensation in this case.

POSTPONEMENT of the course date
If a course has to be postponed the client will be informed personally and is given the opportunity either to keep his/her registration going or to be reimbursed entirely without any administration cost. However the client must inform NEO ANIMALIA of his/her decision within 8 days of the acknowledgement of the postponement. By not doing so NEO ANIMALIA will assume the client has agreed with the registration and term and conditions as cited above apply.

PROTECTION OF PRIVATE INFORMATION

Under the 8 th of December 1992 law concerning protection of private life and more precisely the use of private information we notify you that:

- The information provided by the client by filling in the registration form will serve to complete the clients file within 2Learn sa.
- The client is allowed access to his/her personal data and is able to modify it at any time.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Each and every amount owed to 2Learn sa will be charged at an interest rate of 12 percent per year.

In the absence of payment on the due date then the sum due will be increased, without notice, by 15% of the outstanding sums with a minimum of 50 Euro, and this is compensation for damages.

2Learn sa reserves the right to claim the due amount(s) including juridical charges and lawyer fees if any juridical procedure has to be sought.

In the event of difference of opinion or dispute for any reason, the jurisdiction remains with the Courts of Liège (Belgium).
